Yes: Leopard, parkinson's disease can be difficult to treat effectively. I would look around ar to find a neurologist with training in "movement disorders." such doctors have extensive training in pd and treatment. One other note, see your primary doctor in the interim to make certain it is not something else such as a urinary tract infection.
