What do you suggest if my nose was just bleeding a lot?

Nosebleed.: Has it stopped? If not, then squeeze it down by the nostrils for at least ten minutes - don't let go, and please breathe through your mouth. If you're taking a blood-thinning medication like Aspirin, Plavix, Effient, Xarelto or Coumadin, you may have to hold the nostrils for thirty minutes straight or more to get it to stop.
