See her doctor.: You should take her to see her doctor. Sometimes, earlobes can appear infected after ear piercing, but they are actually having a contact reaction to the earrings. If there is an infection, the earring may need to be removed and she may need an oral antibiotic. Her doctor should be able to diagnose the problem and prescribe appropriate treatment.
