R/O Infection: A swollen lymph node can be in response to an infection. Does your ear or the node (or both) hurt? Did you pierce your own ear? If so, how sanitary? Did you know that there is a 35% complication rate with an ear piercing. There is not very much information here. With that said i would err on the side of caution & have this medically evaluated.
