Knee pain: If the knee dislocated, this may be associated with injury to the popliteal artery (intimal tear, etc). Otherwise, a "pop" is not in of itself significant. You need to describe what you mean by a "pop". If you have undue pain in the leg or leg swelling, go to the emergency room immediately.
