My knee hurts makes a popping noise everytime i walk and bend it but doesn't hurt to run,walk or stand on it

Crepitus: The sound a moving joint makes is called crepitus. It is often associated with inflammation, pain & joint immobility, which means arthritis. You don't have all the signs/symptoms of arthritis, & u seem too young to have it anyways. You could have some loose cartilage or an anatomical abnormality.
