Usually: Prazosin can be used for PTSD nightmares, or blood pressure. Sleeping meds can sometimes cause "orthostatic hypotension" - a drop in blood pressure when standing up e.g. often getting out of bed in the AM, getting up from a bath. This can lead to a double drop in BP so you should be careful if lightheaded, to avoid a fall and head injury.
