Pica: Pica is a condition where people eat things with no nutritional value. The most well known cause of pica is iron deficiency, but a complete metabolic and nutrient screen evaluation would be wise. Otherwise, it can be considered an eating disorder, which requires psychological assessment.

Pediodontic & pedia-: tric evaluations! Dilute apple cider vinegar with lots of water, limit the total amount of acv to a maximum of 2 oz./day & use a straw. Brush teeth after each ingestion. Acetic & citric acids in acv erode tooth enamel & damage the lining of the mouth, esophagus & stomach over time. Chronic excessive use can decrease potassium, demineralize bones & diminish blood clotting. Habit disorder or pica?
