What do you suggest if my pharmacy didnt carry kadian 10 mg er so they gave me morphine sul er 15 mg. is there much difference ?

Verify: that your doctor OK'ed the substitution. That is a 50% higher dose of Morphine. There should have been a modification of the directions, also if that substitution was done. Pharmacists don't have the authority to change a RX that much without permission from the Dr.
