Kadian (morphine) howlong takes: Kadian (morphine) is a a long acting morphin and it should start working within few hours on the appropriate dose.It can be given every 12 hours in divided dose, or it can be given as one dose every 24 hours.It comes in various strength, 20, 30, 50, 60, 80 and 100 mgm.
