Know your rights: Even the most hassled physician has a duty under the law to answer basic questions like this. Ask why you're not allowed to know. You legally OWN the medical record. Interpreting CBC's is subtle & perhaps he/she doesn't want to worry you. Remind the office staff nicely about your rights and I'll bet they get cooperative.
