Be very wary: I would not recommend Reglan (metoclopramide) in pregnancy. It has black box warnings from the FDA, with a strong recommendation for "short-term (4 to 12 weeks) therapy for adults with symptomatic, documented gastroesophageal reflux who fail to respond to conventional therapy." It is not to be used in the pediatric population. Side effects in toddlers have included severe muscle spasm. Fetal effects unknown.
