Blood Sugar Disorder: From the nih: "type 2 diabetes is a lifelong (chronic) disease in which there are high levels of sugar (glucose) in the blood. Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes." type 2 diabetes occurs when there is a problem regulating blood sugar levels. It generally is a disease of adults. Although sometimes Insulin is required, many type 2 diabetics can be treated with oral medications.
