First find source: First of all is subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) from trauma, result of aneurysm rupturing, or non-aneurysmal SAH? If from trauma then blood will go away with time but your Dad needs to follow up with Neurosurgeon. If from aneurysm (outpouching of blood vessel) then either surgical treatment or endovascular in radiology suite with balloons and glue, etc. Please let me know if I can assist further.
