Accutane: Acticin is permethrin, a cream used to treat scabies and other skin parasites. Accutane is a variant of vitamin a that is very useful for severe types of acne - but you'll need a prescription, and you must join a registry (called ipledge) because you cannot get pregnant while you are taking it.
