Laser treatment: to remove fat is not a substitute for healthy nutrition & exercise. If you just wanted some spot fat loss that would be one thing but if you need to lose weight - you need another approach. Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated
