Laser better, costs$: Hydroquinone will decrease the darkness of the freckles but you will still be able to see these. The laser will remove the freckles better. The procedure is expensive, there is mild pain and down time while the area heals. Also use sun block to prevent more from appearing. Some people consider freckles very cute, I have many!
