Yes: There is no single laser therapy that will removal hair permanently in one shot. In fact laser removal is really laser hair reduction because a success is 80% reduction of hair after several sessions
Electrolysis is the only one time treatment that is permanent. One time for each follicle that is, you may need several treatments for an entire area but those hairs are gone
