See her doctor: The effectiveness of emergency contraceptives declines after 24 hours and they should not be used more than 72 hours after intercourse. Sounds like she was cutting it close from the start of unprotected intercourse. If she is having that much pain she needs to be evaluated and needs to start a reliable method of contraception. Your concern for her is great.
