Pain prescriptions.: You need to obtain all of your medical records, including office notes, pharmacy records and relevant testing you've had, from your current pain management doctor. Then, you need to find another one and present him/her with all of your records. This will show the next doctor that you are credible. It would really help if the two doctors can converse.
