No. Do not mix.: Avoid mixing them. Bad interaction has not been described, but both of them act similarly, so it would have no sense to mix them. If you have been prescribed with omeprazole and it is not available, 30 mg lansoprazole (only 30) is an acceptable replacement. Take only lansoprazole, not both of them.
