What happens if a ct head scan comes back with normal results, is there a high chance that an mri head scan be normal too?

Not always normal: MR exam of brain is more sensitive for brain parenchymal abnormalites than CT. Changes in brain change signal on MR scan. Blood and some tumors are more readily appreciated on MR of head.
