The. R in CREST is : Raynauds which can show up as darkening if the fingers or hand due to spasm in blood vessels. But having ray aids dies not mean it is crest syndrome. Calcinosis. Esophageal dysmotility. Sclerodactyly and telangectasia are the other letters. Many causes of raymaud a are NOT associated with a known issue. Speak to your doctor about being evaluated
