Go to MTF: I treat military personnel for my job. Depression is a common illness both in the civilian sector and in the navy. It usually does not require a medical board. Exceptions would be recurrent major depression of such a severity that you are too impaired to do your duties, psychotic depression or recurrent suicidality. Time to get to your local military treatment facility and get some help.
