First trimester: This question is not clear. Common symptoms of the first trimester of pregnancy are: breast pain, nausea and vomiting, constipation, bloating, menstrual like cramping, leg cramping, increase in urination. It is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, eat a healthy well rounded diet, take a prenatal pill, and see a doctor to establish care for pregnancy
