Well?: There is no medical or scientific reason but I have heard of this anectodally. The illness is likely unrelated to pregnancy but may be anxiety. There is no scientific basis. Some women do not even get sick.

Dr. Boniface Ikejiani answered
Obstetrics and Gynecology 27 years experience
Infertility: There are several reasons why a female may not conceive such as:
1. male factor :50%
2 female factors : tubal, cervical, endometrial, ovarian, and hormonal.
3. unknown factor: 5%
Thus, adequate infertility evaluation require both male and the female in order to find solution. Good luck.

Can precum get a women pregnant?

Dr. Robert Kwok answered

Usually not, but...: Pregnancy is not likely with just pre-ejaculate (but it is possible). Thus, if not married, settled down, with stable jobs providing good health insurance (babies have many doctor appointments), nor planning to start a family, then a couple should begin using a reliable form of birth control about now.
