What are some pregnancy symptoms a woman gets in the first 3-4 weeks to really be sure she is pregnant?

A few....: Some have no symptoms until missing a period. Others include nausea and or vomiting. Others occur a little later and include a change in color of the vagina. Also, breast tenderness. An important change is the result of the pregnancy test.
