See Doctor Now: Your child's age is unknown. Head circumference is an indicator of normal brain growth in infants and is monitored from birth to 24 mos. A circumference < 10% must be evaluated with height & weight in order to determine overall small stature vs. an isolated anomaly of head growth. Developmental milestones must also be assessed. See your child's doctor now. Early intervention is very important.
