I just got prescribed medication to deal with my depression anxiety and anger. is 50mg of topamax daily and 5 mg of abilify (aripiprazole) safe?

If you don't have confidence in your Psychiatrist see another for a 2nd opinion. Your self-report of your symptoms along with observations of people who care about you are of utmost importance. Those symptoms are carefully analyzed to find the correct diagnosis which isn't always obvious. Have a physical exam to rule out underlying illness.
