Fluoxetine won't : start having an anti-depressant quickly enough for maintenance. You may need to go to an ER or Quick-Care to get at least a partial refill of Abilify (aripiprazole). Just explain your situation. When you see your psychiatrist, schedule timely follow-up visits.
