Depends: I your menstrual cycles did not stop before you took it, you may not need the cabergline. If you stop the Cabergoline and do not have menstrual cycles you will need to go back on it. Also, if you have a large pituitary tumor and not a micro adenoma you will need to stay on it. After menopause, you can stop it if you have a micro adenoma.
