I think not, but: A localized severe pain can lower your threshold for other separate pains - also pain can radiate from a central point or use nerve network hubs like we use hub airports, sending signals to unrelated places. A bruised heel can hurt in the gut. Also, you may hold your hear strangely for the tooth and cause neck/shoulder strain. See a dentist. With that corrected you can see what's left. Best!
