Cardiac : Many signs of heart disease varies from one patient to another , i would urge you to have a cardiologist evaluate you , does heart disease run in the family. Is obeseity is an issue with you, are you a smoker , you see no one can diagnose your ailment without a stress test, it's very common to have pain in the jaw , arm or shoulder due to heart disease.

Doctor - check heart: Immediately get checked out for heart conditions. These are symtoms of having a heart attack.

Many possiblities: Teeth pain can be related to the teeth, or the TM joint or heart disease. All three need to be checked. Anxiety disorders should be checked by a neurologist, looking at ABeta titres. Also rule out lyme disease which frequently affects the shoulder and associated structures.

Go to ER now: The pain you describe is often symptomatic of a heart attack. Better to rule out heart attack and then manage less problematic disorders than to ignore symptoms hoping that it's not serious when it may very well be. Go Now!
