Faith in vitamins: I wouldn't trust a pill to keep me healthy in times of stress-- the best thing is to try and get out of the situation as soon as possible. Vitamin C is water soluble which means you can take it 2 or 3 times a day. And yes 500 or 600 mg is OK. I prefer my vit C from plant sources however. Every plant food has vit C- with some of the famous ones being orange juice and lemons. Take care!
