6 wks: Just as any other fracture, the main phases of bone healing occur in 6 wks. People tend to take toe fractures for granted, but they heal just like any other bone. Bones even continue to heal and remodel up to a year.

6 - 12 weeks: Hi, fractures of the phalanges of the toes tend to be well on their way to healing by 4 to 6 weeks in most people. Unfortunately they often continue to ache for a few weeks more and it can take up to 12 weeks for things to settle completely.
