I have chronic inflammation in duodenum and overgrowth of e.coli shown in stool culture. but celiac came negative. what it could be? (i am from india)

Enteritis?: Being from India makes you at risk for a chronic enteritis that results from repeated exposures (like water that is not adequately purified, which is a common in India). Talk to your doctor about this and other possibilities other than Celiac. E coli in the stool is normal, so unless it was during active symptoms and a specific type found (a more common disease inducer) it may not mean anything.
