Fruits that: Have less sugar Are good like grapefruit , apples, strawberries, apples , smaller amounts of pineapple, Berries, kiwi.watermelon is not good as it is almost completely sugar

Low glycemic index.: Fruits are healthy in general, so a mixture of all types of fruits in prudent quantities would be fine. However, fruits with low glycemic index, usually those fruits with fiber, behave more like complex carbohydrates and would impact your blood sugars less than fruits with a high glycemic index.
