Unlikely: Not particularly toxic, if at all when taken orally. Overdoses may increase risk of secondary fungal overgrowth or antibiotic induced diarrhea but no common fatalities except to allergic reactions, which are not dose dependent. You can avoid all side-effects by not taking it. What side effects are you referring to?

Few: The most common is diarrhea. Ocassionally vomiting and sometimes a rash. The rash could be allergic reaction or sometimes amoxicllin will cause its own non allergic rash at 7 days after starting.
