Unlikely: Cancer in the urinary or reproductive system can present as blood in the urine but there are many other things that at your age are much more likely and can cause bleeding too. Just make sure your doc follows up on this and if necessary sends you to an urologist. Wish you the best.

Not likely: Sounds like UTI. After treatment a urine can be rechecked to see if the blood is cleared. (and you are not on your period)
