Sure: Read the nutrition label and see if there is any added sugar. Most companies will add little sugar to make the protein isolate taste tolerable. Few companies will make whey isolates using stevia extract. Tips: Enjoy the protein within 90 minutes of workout. Try it with skim milk if you dislike the taste with water.
