No: Where did you read or hear this? Fruits are healthy for you and can be consumed at anytime. Sweets aren't good for your teeth, but in moderation they are ok as well. Neither one of these are "bad". Do you have any medical conditions I need to know about? In some instances, patients maybe advised to avoid/reduce some fruits or sweets. (Diabetes for example)
