Not cause of all sx: "Genitourinary issues" and "reproductive system" cover a broad range of problems. Depending on what they are, it MAY be related to varicocelectomy; I would recommend seeing your urologist. A varicocele is in the scrotal cord, unrelated to the gastrointestinal system. It is unlikely that surgery has anything to do with that. See your primary doctor to discuss your GI symptoms! Good luck!
