Need more info: Even if this was a vascular headache (having to do with blood flow to the brain) related to exercise, it would be very unusual for it to last several days. You need to see your doctor for a complete history and physical exam in order to determine if any testing (brain imaging) is warranted. There is not enough info, & without a complete evaluation, any more advice would be based on speculation.

Many possibilities: It could be the type of exercise you are doing that is hard on your body. Jarring exercise like aerobics and running can cause spine/neck pain which leads to headaches. Try gentle exercise like pilates or yoga or swimming. I would also see a chiropractor to get treatment for headaches and neck pain. Finally, make sure you have a complete physical by your doctor.
