Hydration: It is possible that your symptoms were due to dehydration. It is good that you exercise. You should drink water before starting exercise. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Dehydration vs other: There are many causes for headache. Right after work out, it could be related to dehydration. But if you woke up still hot then it may be that you are coming down with another illness. Making sure that you are well hydrated still be helpful.
