What does a doctor do to manipulate a knee after surgery when the range of motion isn't where it's supposed to be?

They do a: Procedure, with you asleep under anesthesia to break the scarred tissue called adhesions that is keeping your knee from becoming normal in its range of motion. When you awaken your knee will be in a range of motion machine to keep it moving then you will progress back to therapy to finish healing
