Pregnancy & exercise: High impact or sports that could involve trauma to the abdomen should be avoided. Rebounding is not advised during pregnancy for two reasons. First, the bouncing will cause trauma to the pelvic ligaments and pelvic floor possibly causing uterine prolapse in the future. Second, it is possible the bouncing could cause separation of the placenta from the uterus -which could kill the baby.
