If not better soon: Give a few days. Apply some moist heat, take some NSAIDs for pain and anti-inflammatory effect, and don't re-injure or traumatize (take it easy). If not better in few days, arm gets numb/tingling, or use of arm is interfered with by pain - go see your doc for a good history and exam with possible xray if needed. Be well!
