Maybe: Any symptoms like that in a patient who had an angio with stents, indicates some degree of atherosclerosis and i feel it is imperative for you to see your cardiologist soon.

Angina?: I would recommend having this evaluated since it can be angina with your cardiologist. These symptoms usually come with activity and are reproducible but have it evaluated. If its not that, it could be residual inflammation, nerve inflammation which will require time to heal.
