Premature beats: Often premature beats may cause a fluttering in the chest. They may also cause a skipping sensation. Possible arrythmia: Need to go see electrphysiology cardiologist or cardiologist. Will have to wear event recorder to try to determine if there is a cardiac arrythmia occuring when you feel your symptoms. Once that is determined further advise can be given. Duration of event recording may extend several weeks or months.
