It is common: Bile acid is stored in Gall bladder and secreted into the Intestine when fatty food news Metabolzied. When Gallbladder is removed, Bile aside is secreted constantly from liver into the Intestine even when there is no fatty food in the gut. And can cause diarrhea . Bile Acid Sequestrant- A Cholesterol powder binds with it and stops Diarrhea. Can increase the dose . May help.
